Tiger Woods is making his return to the PGA tour at the U.S. Open at Torrey Pines. Tiger has been recovering from surgery and says he hasn’t fully recovered, but he’s ready to hit the links. He had surgery on his left knee right after placing second at the Masters. Although he says he isn’t at 100 percent, Woods says he is looking forward to the competition.  And you can bet that the media is looking forward to Tiger.
